Vijaya brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having about twenty years of experience in Leadership hiring for multinational companies as well as large Indian Business Houses.
She has spearheaded searches across diverse Industry verticals and has handled a lot of cross border search mandates as well. Having such varied and rich exposure Vijaya has the ability to to understand well the needs of our client partners not only in terms of the job profile, but also towards attracting talent that fits in culturally. Prior to her joining Gilbert Tweed Associates Vijaya had a very successful innings with Future Step- Korn Ferry, as well as Quadrangle.She has also worked with leading Corporate Houses like HCC Infotech where she was responsible for setting up the entire HR division.
Vijaya holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mumbai University as well as a postgraduate diploma in Labor laws and welfare. She has also earned her B.G.L from the Govt Law College Mumbai.
