R Srinivasan
R. Srinivasan is from the Indian Revenue Services (Income Tax) and started his career with the Government of India in the departments of Income Tax and Ministry of Defence. He switched over to ANZ Grindlays Bank where he spent almost 25 years and left the bank as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. During his long stint with ANZ (now known as Standard Charted Grindlays), he held several top assignments and has been an active member of Confederation of Indian Industry, India's premier Industry Association.

He currently heads a prestigious microfinance company based in Bangalore.
 
Gautam Mahajan
Gautam Mahajan is an internationally acclaimed expert in strategy, general management and globalization. As president of Inter-Link Services, a consulting firm, he has helped clients in USA, Europe and Asia in areas of strategy, technology transfer, marketing, CRM etc.

An alumni of IIT, Chennai and Illinois Institute of Technology, Gautam completed his MBA from Suffolk University and has worked in the US for 17 years with Continental Group, the world’s largest packaging company and ran their plastics business.

He changed track in Jan 98, joined an Executive Search firm and found that this is what he really wanted to do. Since then he has not looked back.
