Gilbert Tweed International, USA (formerly Gilbert Tweed Incorporated Inc.) was started as an executive search firm more than 30 years back in New York City by two professionals Lynn Gilbert Bignel and Janet Tweed. The company grew from strength to strength adding more partners and senior executive search consultants. The company continues to operate in the USA with offices now in Boston and Connecticut.

In late 1997, a joint venture in India was created under the name of Gilbert Tweed Management Group (now Gilbert Tweed Associates) to cater to the Indian market. As the Indian economy had opened up and there was perceived growth in the job market, consequently, the first office opened in Mumbai followed by New Delhi and Bangalore.

Gilbert Tweed International which was for many years in the USA & India has now expanded in to other markets with offices in Paris (France), Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Colombo (SriLanka).

With over 12 yrs of experience, Gilbert Tweed India has created a name for itself as a professionally managed search practice and completed thousands of search assignments covering various functional areas and over a broad spectrum of industry verticals.
